Caretakers of the Environment
Scotland

Welcome to the Home Page of Caretakers of the Environment Scotland.

Caretakers is a networking organisation for secondary schools. The development of the Scottish network was begun in early 1996 and it is hoped that Caretakers will become a useful environmental education resource for schools throughout country. We also aim to provide an opportunity for linking with schools involved in Caretakers networks in other countries.

The pages listed below give some background to the development of Caretakers of the Environment and also outline what the network aims to do.

Caretakers of the Environment is a developing organisation and this is a developing Internet site which we hope you will find interesting and useful. Comments, ideas and suggestions are welcome, both from anyone involved in education in Scotland or anyone from other countries who may visit the site.
